The Mentorship Pathway

The Mentorship Pathway is designed for photographers who are serious about growth and ready to invest in themselves in a meaningful way. Each level builds intentionally — from business clarity to wedding-day experience to paid team roles.

Level One: Private Mentorship Sessions

Investment:
• $275 – One 1-hour session
• $750 – Three-session bundle
• $1,400 – Six-session intensive

If you’re looking for clarity, direction, or refinement in your business, this is a great place to start.

These sessions are fully personalized to you. We can focus on:

  • Pricing and positioning

  • Portfolio review

  • Editing and workflow efficiency

  • Client communication

  • Brand direction

  • Preparing to assist or second shoot

  • Moving from hobby to professional

This is strategic, honest guidance — not fluff.

Level Two: Single Wedding Shadow Experience

Investment: $1,250

Shadow one full wedding day (up to 8 hours) alongside me.

You’ll observe how I:

  • Make lighting decisions in real time

  • Manage timelines calmly

  • Direct portraits efficiently

  • Solve problems when things don’t go as planned

  • Protect the client experience above everything

This is not a styled shoot. It’s not a workshop simulation. It’s a real wedding day.

Includes a 30-minute post-wedding debrief call to process what you learned and answer questions.

This is an educational experience and does not include team placement or shooting guarantees.

Level Three: Immersive Wedding Mentorship

Investment: $2,100

This is for photographers ready to go deeper.

Includes:

• Shadowing and practice shooting at two real weddings
• Real-time education throughout both days
• Three private 1-hour mentorship sessions

You’ll gain hands-on exposure while still protecting the client experience.

This is immersive and intentionally limited each season.

Completion does not guarantee a team role — but photographers who demonstrate professionalism, coachability, and alignment may be considered for advancement.

Level Four: Assistant Development & Paid Team Role

Educational Investment: $1,200
Paid Assistant Rate: $45–$55/hour

This phase combines deeper business mentorship with compensated assistant work on wedding days.

The educational portion focuses on:

  • Pricing structure

  • Contracts and boundaries

  • Workflow systems

  • Communication templates

  • Long-term career planning

The assistant role is paid separately and includes:

  • Gear management

  • Lighting setup

  • Supporting timeline flow

  • Assisting with formals and details

  • Representing the brand professionally

Education is an investment.
Labor is compensated.

Level Five: Second Shooter Development

Educational Investment: $1,700
Paid Second Shooter Rate: $60–$75/hour

This stage increases creative responsibility while continuing mentorship and feedback.

You’ll step into a stronger shooting role while still working collaboratively and professionally.

Includes:

  • Active second shooting on real weddings

  • Post-wedding critiques

  • Portfolio refinement

  • Advanced problem-solving

  • Growth in leadership and confidence

Compensation reflects your creative contribution and responsibility.

This pathway is selective because my first responsibility is always to my couples and the experience they trust me to deliver.
